Katakana — ヅ

Dakuten D-row 4 strokes Almost never used
Character

Usage Note

Just like ヂ, ヅ is essentially absent from modern katakana loanwords — ズ is used for the "zu" sound universally in foreign words. ヅ appears almost exclusively when transcribing the hiragana づ into katakana for technical/dictionary purposes, never in everyday vocabulary.
