Hiragana — ふぅ

ふぅ pairs ふ with a small ぅ, used mainly to spell out a drawn-out exhaling sound ("whew") rather than a genuine loanword — the plain ふ already covers the ordinary "fu" sound. It is almost always written in its katakana form フゥ — the hiragana version is essentially never used.
