Hiragana — ちぇ

ちぇ represents the "che" sound used in foreign words. It is almost always written in its katakana form チェ for actual loanwords — the hiragana version is essentially never used in practice (though ちぇっ does appear as a standalone interjection expressing annoyance, similar to "tch").
